The Beginning
At just 6 years old, Fia was confident in becoming one of Sweden’s top hairstylists. Therefore, when it came time to go to college, she chose to pursue her dream and passion and hasn't looked back since.
2018 - The Transition
In 2018, after becoming a hairstylist, Fia came across so many women with damaged hair. Therefore, In 2020, she decided to take matters into her own hands and opened Fia's Beauty Crew.
Dream Come True
Today, Fia's Beauty Crew is now the home of luxury, vegan hair styling and safe-balayge that gives women healthy hair and healthy confidence, while loving every second of it!

We are on a mission to prove to you that healthy coloring doesnotdamage hair. Fia's Beauty Crew uses only natural hair care products, meaning our vegan products do not include parabens, aluminum, and sulfate. Should I wash my hair before my hair appointment?
Yes! It’s generally recommended to have clean hair for a hair appointment. Clean hair allows for better product application and styling.
What is balayage/foilayage?
Foliyage is a hair coloring technique that combines elements of both balayage and traditional foil highlights. It involves painting color onto the hair in a sweeping motion (similar to balayage) but then wrapping the colored sections in foil.
This method allows for more control over the color placement and processing, resulting in a blend of natural-looking highlights with a touch of dimension. Foliyage is often chosen for its ability to achieve a sun-kissed effect while offering more precision in color application.
What hairbrush do you recommend?
We recommend and primarily use bamboo hair brushes. The bamboo is light yet strong, providing a durable and long-lasting hairbrush that is resistant to cracking and breaking.
Unlike plastic brushes, bamboo hairbrushes are biodegradable, making them a more environmentally friendly option.
Bamboo has natural antibacterial properties, which can be beneficial for maintaining a clean and hygienic brush. The smooth, rounded bristles of bamboo brushes can provide a gentle massage to the scalp, promoting blood circulation and potentially improving hair health.
When choosing a hairbrush, consider your specific hair type and styling needs to ensure it aligns with the benefits you’re seeking.
Can you color your hair when you are pregnant?
There is no research that shows with certainty that this would be harmful to the mother or the baby!
However, the hormones can play havoc with your hair and the color your hairdresser has always used can give a different result.
Many people get a few steps darker in their hair during and sometimes even after their pregnancy. This can bring out slightly warmer undertones.
The hair sometimes also becomes more fragile, so you need to be a little careful when you for example light up the hair.

How long does the balayage coloring last?
When cared for with love, balayage can last up to 6 months!
